Meanwhile Solutions, Inc. runs Meanwhile Time Tracking. We are a Delaware C-corp.

What this is

Meanwhile Time Tracking sends private, transactional texts to our workers. You can log hours by text. We send a reply when you log time, a prompt to submit your week, and a note when your week is closed. It is not a marketing program. We don't send ads through it.

SMS is optional. Consent is not a condition of our service. You can create and use your account, log and submit time, and receive payment through the portal without consenting to texts.

You can also log and manage your own time through a connected MCP client without consenting to texts. This works with no phone on file.

How you opt in

To get texts, enter and verify your own mobile number in the Meanwhile portal. Check the consent checkbox, then enter the code we send to your phone.

We don't sign anyone up on their behalf. You must give consent and verify your own number to get texts.

START and JOIN only turn texts back on after a verified, consented worker has opted out. They do not enroll a new number.

They do not enroll a number that has never given consent. This is true even if it was saved on an old worker record. Use the portal to give consent and verify your phone first.

With the box unchecked, Send code is disabled. After you check the box and enter a valid mobile number, Send code is enabled. This choice only turns on SMS. The full portal timesheet and MCP path stay open without it.

After Send code, the portal shows the verification-code step. Enter the code sent to your phone to prove the number is yours.

The public form above is a preview of SMS opt-in. It does not store the number or send a code. Workers who want texts use the form in their private portal.

Message frequency

Messages are recurring. How many you get depends on how much you work and log, typically a few messages a week.

Message and data rates may apply.

Keywords

• Reply HELP for help.
• Reply STOP to opt out. You stop getting messages right away.
• Reply START or JOIN to turn texts back on after STOP. You must have given consent and verified your phone before you opted out.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts may arrive late or fail to reach you.
